A Brief History of TCRSPA
The Talbot County Retired School Personnel Association (TCRSPA) was formed in 1964. The first president was Mrs. Mary Ellen McCarthy, who served from 1964 to 1966. The organization was formed to provide a means of communication among retired school personnel and to keep them informed about issues affecting their pensions and insurance.
Our Mission
The Talbot County Retired School Personnel Association is a non-profit organization comprised of retired school system personnel. It serves as an advocate for its members. The Organization is dedicated to excellence in education and lifelong learning. It promotes community service by its members through a myriad of volunteer activities.
