Welcome to the website for the Talbot County Retired School Personnel Association (TCRSPA). The primary purpose of our organization is to inform retirees of local and state benefits, to protect these same benefits, and to provide special events where we can socialize with former colleagues and friends.

Our Board meets four times a year. We welcome all members' participation at these meetings (dates are published in the newsletter and on the website). We also hold four luncheons a year for our general membership in order to provide updates on issues that affect us. A quarterly newsletter also helps to keep members informed of current events and issues.

We have a scholarship program for Talbot County students who are pursuing a career in education. We have a community service program that supports local charities.

We have a legislative committee that keeps us informed about state and local issues that affect our pensions and insurance.

We have a social committee that plans events for our members.

While we all enjoy reminiscing about our years as educators, we cannot take our retirement income and insurance for granted. Our organization helps to keep members informed about state legislation regarding our pensions, and locally, we serve to protect our insurance benefits.
